I do strongly believe that an organization's strongest asset is its people. Cliché, yes, but after studying Industrial Organizational (I/O) Psychology I understand why this is true. I am passionate about leveraging my knowledge of individuals and scientific methodology across business and human resources functions. I enjoy identifying circumstances in which the best employees are recruited, retained and flourishing.
