Here's a neat pic of me in my hometown during one of my frequent adventures around city with my friends. My most favorite thing in the whole world is driving around and getting lost. Probably not the smartest way to spend my free time, but I could be doing worse things with it. Life would be too boring without the opportunities to explore the area you live in. That's why almost every day I'd surprise one of my friends with a visit to their house and make them come explore with me. I'd pick them up and we would aimlessly drive for hours at a time blasting the greatest songs (usually "Chandelier" by SIA) singing at the top of our lungs, stuffing our face with In-n-Out. We did this until we found a new trail to hike, or mountain to climb. And by climb I mean drive because In-n-Out fries aren't exactly power food. The constant empty gas tank was a small price to pay for the countless places we found, the crazy memories, and, of course, the breathtaking views we found throughout our adventures. Besides the fun pictures, these adventures allowed me to really connect with my friends. When we're out driving or hiking none of us are on our phones except for the occasional snap chat story update, allowing us all to engage in the conversation and really be in the moment. I'm excited to continue my exploring here in Athens and make more memories with new friends and longer drives.
