I work as Director of Consulting for management consultancy twentyfifty ltd. in Germany. twentyfifty builds the capacity of companies to understand and address their impacts, enabling them to lead change that benefits both business and society.
I have project experience in the tourism, pharmaceutical, chemical, energy, ICT and banking sectors where I support companies to review their corporate policies, assessing their human rights performance, and undertake human rights impact assessments. I am an experienced trainer and facilitator, having led twentyfifty's business trainings for more than five years.
Before joining twentyfifty, I worked as a consultant for the UN Global Compact Network Germany on business and human rights and sustainable supply chain management, as a project manager for German think tank adelphi on sustainable procurement, and as a freelance consultant for a German Dax-30 company. I have also been a Carlo Schmid fellow at the Geneva Office of Human Rights Watch (HRW) where I contributed to HRW's advocacy work at the UN Human Rights Council, including in regard to the work of the former UN Special Representative on Business and Human Rights John Ruggie.
