Madeleine Mindling

Madeleine Mindling worked as production supervisor of the American Film Studies Program at Tokyo International University of America (TIUA) for two years, where she also taught film and filmmaking to international students. Currently, she works as an assistant programmer for the Los Angeles Film Festival.
In 2008, she worked as a grant writer for the City of Chicago Mayor’s Office, and in 2009-2010, served on Willamette University’s Sustainability Council. In 2009, she attended USC’s School of Cinematic Arts Summer Program, where she studied film producing and screenwriting.
She holds a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology from Willamette University, and is a recipient of the President’s Volunteer Service Award from the President’s Council on Service and Civic Participation.
