My name is Madeline. I was born and raised in Oregon, United States and moved to Victoria, Canada last year. I am a student at University of Victoria Peter B. Gustavson School of Business. I strive to be the best student I can while being a part of the community around me and staying active.

Along with my studies, I am a Vikes Nation Ambassador in which I promote passionate, active and healthy living throughout the community. I am part of the social media team where I help run and manage the various school-wide social media platforms. During UVic's various sporting events I love to keep the energy alive and positive as well as maintain a high level of school spirit. To stay active and keep balance in my life I am a member of a competitive, co-ed, intramural soccer team.

For as long as I can remember, I have always enjoyed being outside. I love being adventurist and exploring new places around the world. I have traveled all over the United States, Canada, China, and India. My favorite parts of traveling are meeting new people and learning about different cultures. One goal I have is to visit at least one new place each year.

I am a natural born, hard working, leader. I am responsible, organized, determined, and I enjoy staying busy and productive by finding the most efficient way to accomplish a task. I work well in groups and individually. I always follow through with what I say I will do and never settle for anything that is "okay" or "good;" I strive for greatness in everything I do.
