I'm an incoming senior in Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration and I am so excited to be interning at The Saxon Hotel, Villas & Spa. The Saxon is a luxury boutique hotel in Johannesburg, South Africa. I will be in the country for 12 weeks and can't wait to not only learn more about the hospitality industry, but also about the culture in South Africa.
