My name is Madeline Clara Travis Strickland.

Here is what I’m into:

-Being in my twenties

-Dancing like a mad woman to Haim or Jay-Z… or anything with a beat

-Going on any sort of trip- to a new restaurant, to a friends house, to London (especially London,) or down the street

-Listening to music and pretending to be hip

-Hanging out with a few precious high school girls on the regular through Young Life

-Drinking coffee, anywhere, anytime, with anyone

-Traveling- to my kitchen, down the street, to London (especially London,) or anywhere you want to invite me

-Filling up every empty shelf, in my life, with books- the renowned, trashy, and thought-provoking

-Smoking the occasional Cigarillo

-Men with beards and glasses

-Writing- to cope, explore how rich I am, and live abundantly

-Getting to know Jesus better

This is where my quill meets parchment. Here, I share stories. From bad dates, to beautiful lessons, to admitting I have a serious aversion to visors and man-dals, I invite you to join me as I stumble through womanhood and feebly attempt to know Jesus well. Mostly, I invite you to laugh with me (or at me) as I embarrass myself constantly and rely completely on grace.
