Madhu Bhimaraju

An experienced database architect and developer of IT applications, Madhu Bhimaraju has held leadership responsibilities with Verizon for more than a decade. Madhu Bhimaraju’s accomplishments include guiding geographically diverse teams in developing and setting in place applications that boosted efficiency and resulted in significant cost savings.

Addressing agile development needs, Mr. Bhimaraju created scalable, cloud-compatible application platforms capable of high volume operations. While with Verizon Wireless, he oversaw the operationalization of DevOps across more than 60 mission-critical applications. Standardizing the full range of IT Systems operations, he also set in place systems that supported infrastructure-as-a-service methodologies.

Mr. Bhimaraju emphasizes a collaborative approach to projects and has coordinated efforts closely with IT executive leaders and group chief information officers. Through delivering a multi-cloud strategy, he provided the tools for diverse businesses to function within a unified cloud environment.

Madhu Bhimaraju’s sustained contributions to the Verizon Wireless platform have earned him a pair of patents in the areas of “Transitive Database Replication” and “Enabling Seamless Access to a Domain of an Enterprise.”
