Madhup Verma is currently employed as Sr. Director – Account Management with Symphony Teleca-ADITI (a Harman International business unit); new age Technology services company focused on driving sales of Systems of engagement (SoE) solutions enabling digital transformation of customers worldwide. He is responsible for managing client relationships in the West across hitech, retail, dotcom, start-ups and diversified for a revenue target ~$2.5mn p.a. with a net new realization of $1.25 mn in 2015. Madhup has been based in Seattle since 2004. Madhup’s current role requires extensive collaboration across 7 different horizontal units for a focused revenue growth in the following areas – Design led product engineering/sw development, Devices led mobility services, IoT/Analytics, Cloud based & On-prem IT services consulting, application development, maintenance & support.Prior to ADITI-STC, Madhup worked in a Seattle based cloud start-up ICERTIS; an Enterprise solutions & products company (CSV). He was responsible for building out new businesses around products & engineering services portfolio with Microsoft and a few select clientele in the PNW region.Madhup has previously (7 yrs) worked as AVP – Business Development (for Tech Mahindra/Mahindra Satyam) and has expertise in Business development, Client Partner relationships and A/c management. For 16 yrs+, he has led Fortune 1000 client relationships in Hitech/Mfg. and E&U sector across continents incl. US, Malaysia & India. Madhup has been instrumental in leading business turnaround for Satyam not only post TechM acquisition (2009) but also during early years (04-06) of it’s client/vendor engagement w/ MSFT. Realizing revenue growth (50% y-o-y) from Yr 2009 onwards; enabling ~35% share of Sell-to business (~$10.5mn realized revenues in Fy12-13) have been the highlights of this stint. Recently, Madhup was credited for bringing in Corp wide AVL status for Icertis with Microsoft and also signing up on ASL lists with 5 different Business/IT groups inside Microsoft leading to revenue realization of $1mn+ in Year-1 itself. Madhup has superb relationship, communication, and negotiation skills in handling complex deals/projects thru’ global commercial partnerships with Industry Senior executives and External constituents.
