I manage business development and oversees customer satisfaction at Essay House, Kazakhstan’s premier proofreading and writing services provider.

For more than seven years, I have collaborated with English-language writers from all over the world in a never-ending effort to help Kazakh students and young businessmen communicate their goals and intentions through letters and essays. My work has helped individual Kazakhs integrate with institutions in English-speaking countries, and create grass-root ties between Central Asia and the West.

Before collaborating with Assel Shaimurat to create Essay House, I spent nearly 10 years developing a strong reputation as a people-oriented person while handling issues associated with banking card risk, business development, and marketing. Many of the skills I use today to promote Essay House were picked up while working with clients of major Kazakh banking companies like BTA Bank, Alliance Bank and BHI Global Banking.

Although my native languages are Kazakh and Russian, I have a strong command of English, particularly in reading comprehension, which I use to quality check the work sent to clients. My greatest career motive is the success of our customers, many of whom come back with additional work they entrust to my care.
