Stephanie Manos

Hi! I am Stephanie, owner and operator of Madison 27. Born and raised in New Jersey, I grabbed hold of the opportunity and moved my life to Ireland in June 2015. My incredibly charming Irish fiancee Sean, is the reason I'm living in Dublin now. I absolutely love this city! It's a beautiful place to be. I am also a proud mama of my eight year old son.

In the States I was a preschool teacher for seven years. I love all things artsy. My hobbies are baking/ cake decorating, knitting, painting and traveling. Before making the move to Dublin I decided it was time to make my passion of baking into a career. And so begins the creation of Madison 27.

I met my fiancee Sean in America. He was living in NYC at the time. One day I went into the city and Sean was my bartender that evening. The rest is history! We came up with the name Madison 27 for Madison Avenue, where Sean and I had our first date and number 27 for his apartment number in NYC.

I put my American influence in all of my baking and I'm picking up some new tricks from the Irish culture. I love infusing the two cultures together to create some really tasty concoctions. I believe great food is good for the soul and I put my heart into everything I bake.
