If I asked my friends to describe me in one word, they would say that I’m adventurous. I'm known for always being down to do something, especially when it’s spontaneous.

In this picture, I took a day trip to New York City. My friend and I were trying to decide what we should do on our day off, and we decided to do a day trip to NYC again. We went last year and had so much fun! We looked at flights and ended up finding a round-trip flight on Spirit Airlines for $68. We booked the flight without telling our parents, and a few days later, we left her house at 2 AM to catch our 5:45 AM flight. We landed with no plans and just did what we thought would be fun. We flew out at 10 PM and were in our own beds that night. Although it was an exhausting day, we had so much fun exploring the city.

I love doing fun stuff, whether it’s taking a day trip to New York, Tennessee, North Carolina, or Florida, or going to concerts, skiing, or tanning at the beach. I’ve been to 13 concerts, and I have 4 concerts planned for this year and more to come.

Being spontaneous and adventurous has shaped who I am today. I love saying “yes!” to anything, and I’ve learned to live in the moment and not worry about things I can’t control.
