Madison Salters is an award-winning journalist, editor, writer, documentarian, and translator. Her publication across major new outlets and literary magazines include: The Huffington Post, UN Press, TripAdvisor World Guides, the UNTITLED Magazine, MedTruth, NOVELLY, Wanderlust Magazine, Armstrong Literary Magazine, Lunch Ticket, Flash Fiction Magazine, and more. She is currently the Associate Managing Editor at Penguin Random House, Kodansha. Madison has served as Editor-in-Chief at Peter Gabriel's The Toolbox, Nonfiction Editor at Ruminate Literary Magazine, Fiction Editor at Ragazine.CC, and Commissioning Editor at Culture Trip. Named the 2019 Uncomfortable Revolution Writing Fellow, a UNESCO Ambassador of Cross-Cultural Dialogue, and a “Wunderkind" by Westchester Magazine, she also serves as a JOLT and Speakizi lecturer on storytelling. She helped translate the documentary "Queer Japan”, and her first play, An Infinite Resignedness, was produced in Paris in 2018. Named Innovator of the Year by UCL and SOAS of London, she has spoken worldwide on topics of Justice and Humanism at venues like the EU Gender Parliamentary Conference, GSA Women, UN Istanbul, the World Economic Forum, and the EU-Africa Summit. Her first book, ZOOM: For Teaching, was published with Simon & Schuster in September 2020, and her first comic, via the Gates 'Foundation, will be out in 2020. She is fluent in English, Japanese, and French.

She has two mini doxie puppies, Mica and Yosuke. They literally ate her laptop once.
