The key focus area of my coaching is on how you most effectively get the most out of the people around you, wherever they are your directs, your peers, outsourced workforce and people that you manage indirectly. People is the single most important element in management, yet so little focus is put in developing this critical skill.
Among my techniques, I utilize behavioral models, such as DISC to help you understand how to most effectively communicate with each of the important people around you to get your desired effort and results that you are looking for.
