MAD Lebanon

The objectives of the corporation shall be:
1- Performing Import, Export, Sale and Distribution activities for all the products that are permitted to enter the Lebanese territory.
2- Establishing and owning business concern with respect to the subject of the company.
3- Rent of plots and buildings for its operations.
4- Performing all kind of consulting, exhibitions, equipping and plannings related to the subject of the company.
5- Representing national and international companies and concluding Distribution and Exclusive Agency Agreements according to the provisions of Legislative Decree No 34 dated August 5, 1967.
6- The company may participate in the foundation or acquire shares in foreign and local companies, constituted or will be constituted in lebanon or abroad with similar activities, it may implement branches in Lebanon or abroad upon an ordinarily shareholders resolution.
The company operates in Lebanon, in the Arab countries and abroad.
