I am a college graduate with Bachelor’s degree in psychology and certificate in social work/social welfare.

I also have three years of experience as a team leader who was responsible for managing employees and overseeing operations in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.

I would like to be hired as a Direct-Care Counselor in a residential treatment program for teenagers and young adults. My goal is to gain knowledge and experience, work my way up in the program and, ultimately, to become a caseworker.
