She is Computer Engineering Technology graduate but finds her passion in the Customer Service field. She has been part of the industry since 2015 with experience in handling incoming calls responding to customer inquiries, complaints, billing questions, payment request and technical troubleshooting with strong communication & organizational skills, customer service background and an ability to work well with people.
In her free time, she indulges herself in doing some artworks. She loves to do her journal, to photograph and to paint. She also loves to go to places. Sunset, sea and museum fascinates her.
