From Lisbon Portugal, studying at the EHTL (Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo de Lisboa), finishing the course of Gestão e Produção de Cozinha e Pastelaria (Kitchen/ Pastry Management and Production) while making an internship at the Bica do Sapato, a classic Lisbon restaurant.
My biggest passion is the art of pastry and desserts. My ideal life style would be to travel the world through this passion and conciliate both things.
