Web Developer, Software Engineer, and Writer in Nairobi, Kenya

Hi, I’m Livingstone Maganya, a web developer, software engineer, and writer based in Nairobi, Kenya.

My work sits somewhere between code, content, strategy, and problem-solving. I build websites and digital systems, but I also think deeply about how people find them, understand them, and take action once they land there. That is why I enjoy working across web development, SEO, content, AI tools, automation, and digital growth.

I’m not the kind of person who looks at a website as just a few pages online. I see it as a working system. The design needs to make sense. The copy needs to speak clearly. The structure needs to support search. The user journey needs to feel natural. When all those parts connect, a website becomes more than something that looks good. It starts doing real work for the person or business behind it.

Writing has also been a major part of my journey. I like turning complex ideas into simple, useful content that people can actually understand. Whether I’m writing about technology, SEO, business, software, or digital strategy, my goal is always the same: make the idea clear, useful, and worth reading.

As a developer, I enjoy building with modern web tools and learning how different systems connect. As a writer, I care about clarity, tone, research, and reader experience. As a creative thinker, I like finding better ways for businesses to use websites, AI, automation, and content to attract the right people.

Outside work, I’m also into fitness. It keeps me disciplined and reminds me that growth is not magic. You show up, repeat the right things, learn from what is not working, and improve.

That same mindset shapes how I approach my work. I like building things that are practical, thoughtful, and useful in the real world. I’m still learning, still improving, and still chasing better ways to combine technology, writing, and strategy into work that actually matters.
