I have fifteen years of professional work experience in higher education working in various administrative and research related positions.

I focus on strengthening P-16 education partnerships and examining education policy in order to increase access, equity, and success for underrepresented student populations. I also teach courses on Latino student educational issues and Minority Serving Institutions.
