Maggie Caldwell
Mishawaka, Indiana
Born and raised in a farming community, I cultivated a dedicated, meticulous work ethic at a young age. Through 11 years of year-round competitive sport, 10 years of showing and raising cattle and sheep, and the past 4 years of balancing coaching, competing, interning, and academic development, I've accrued a unique perspective of business, people, sport, and life. For me, it's all about the details. As legendary UCLA basketball coach John Wooden said, "It's the little details that are vital. Little things make big things happen."
WIth a BA in English and a Sports Managment minor, oral and written communication skills are second nature to me. But most of all, I value people. You can have a resume dripping with experience and a cover letter that puts Rick Reilly to shame, but if you lack a sincere, convivial spirit, it might as well be empty.
