I'm a writer who specializes in digital storytelling, content strategy and creative direction. From 2004 to 2011, I worked for Mattel, where I wrote, edited and brainstormed content for popular children's websites like Barbie.com. More recently, I was hired to create an original back-story for an award-winning brand of fashion dolls called La Dee Da.
On the side, I maintain a woefully neglected etiquette blog called Annabel Manners. I'm also the author of 16 In Paris, a young-adult novel set in 1830s France.
I love reading, running, cooking, fashion, bad TV and hanging out with my husband and son. To see samples of my work, please visit MaggieMcAlister.com.
