Maggie Zhou

I am a college student starting my second year this fall and my major is pharmacy. I have made progress on pursuing this career by exposing myself to hospitals and different institutions . I have also been able to complete many goals that I have set for myself and one of them is volunteering at a local hospital. That experience taught me many of the skills that I have now and showed me an image of a real place I might work at in the future. This summer I was able to work on a project with CPC involving working and different careers, which has been very helpful, educational, and most of all interesting. Through this experience I was able to set a clear goal and learn about the work experience more. This program is especially helpful for students like me because it has every important aspect of the work place covered from writing resumes to maintaining relationships in the workplace. I was able to learn a lot and in the future I might want to try to more real scenario of actually working at a company and seeing all those lessons in action.
