Mag Goossens

Mag Goossens is a senior HR executive with strong expertise in all phases of talent acquisition across sectors and functions from junior to C-level positions. She has a proven track record recruiting in start-up and large corporate environments as well as boutique retained search firms. Prior to AOL, she was the VP, Talent Acquisition and Corporate Communications at ideeli.com reporting to the CEO and founder. She was recruited to create the Talent function in the first invite-only shopping community in the United States. She led recruiting across all functions of the organization with emphasis on Marketing, Advertising, Merchandising, Creative, Operations, Finance and IT. Additionally she implemented and oversaw all HR initiatives to lead the company through its high growth as well as creating an environment that supported ideeli’s mission, vision and values. During her tenure she quadrupled the team to over 100 FTEs to support the double-digit revenue growth and growing membership. Prior to ideeli, Mag had a successful retained search consulting career working on assignments for diverse clients such as retained search firms and consumer companies. Mag is fluent in French and received her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Florida’s School of Journalism and Communications with a minor in Business.
