Finding the right words to describe something has always been my calling. It just took me a few years to know it. And now I help other people find their true words.

My background is solidly planted in communication, starting with my one of my first jobs: DJ at WMMR in Philadelphia.

I spent several years as a radio and TV reporter for CBS News in Manila and Johannesburg; worked at NPR’s website as a special project producer and was its first user experience analyst. I moved on to managing content for multilingual websites at Radio Free Asia and the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids.

I love travel (I've been to all seven continents) and telling stories with photos, celebrate my birthday wherever Bruce Springsteen is playing, and adore my two smart, hilarious children.
