Through my consulting company, Magnitude, I help people put their plans into action by helping them set the foundation for their work. Churches, small business, non-profits, etc. I'm also an It Works! distributor helping individuals reach their health goals. No stranger to weight issues and constantly battling endometriosis, I help others on the journey to get back into fighting form by providing motivation and resources. I also blog for my own carthisis. Outside of my work, I'm a law student, an avid reader, distance cyclist, tri-athlete, gardener and proud mom of 3 kids.
