What is not in Linkedin:

I am Married and we have a real passion for dancing - far from professional but in a variety of styles: Forró, Zouk, Salsa, Bachata, Soltinho/Twist, Bolero and Samba, whew! We also training KravMaga Self Defense Fight.
I love a good beer(specially Tripel and IPA) and hang out with friends, dancing rock/pop/dance/electronic, etc. We love not too sophisticated wines - just for us or in more reserved meetings, watch movies and series, games and meeting with our family in São Paulo whenever possible(we live in Rio de Janeiro). We also love traveling/learning over new cultures.

I believe that working at something that brings meaning and recognition, enjoying the trajectory traced to achieve any goal is the most important part of any challenge. Only if we have passion in what we're doing to achieve our goals( whether professional or personal ), is possible to orchestrate tasks achieving in a "flow state" that neither we realize the effort expended, and success will be something natural in response. To do so, we must balance our lives between leisure time with friends, family, work and ourselves. This is the biggest challenge, and the reward is satisfaction, happiness, and an enjoyable and fulfilled life

I also believe when we improve the leadership in the world, promoting the right values and behaviors ethically, we can deeply transform societies.
So, I started a leadership group on (in Portuguese yet). for more information

My rules:
Don't ignore your dreams;
Don't work too much - drink with friends! =)
Say what you think;
Cultivate friendships;
Be happy!

Quotes I loved:
Definition of hell: The last day you have on earth, the person you became will meet the person you could have become.
‎AI: The robots are here to help. They promise.
