After the birth of her son, Mrs. Cori Magnotta found herself depressed and obese. Not wanting to join a gym and quit yet again, Cori picked up her now dusty hula hoop and began hooping for at least a half hour a day while her son napped. After some initial weight loss success, Cori researched hula hoop fitness and came across the FXP Hula hoop workout. Never shying away from a challenge, Cori Magnotta then signed up for the certification course that was held in Boston, MA. Despite being nervous and a first-time group fitness instructor, Cori passed the certification program with flying colors and now teaches hoop fitness weekly to a sold out class in Portlad, CT. Cori ’s weight loss story has inspired thousands as she has appeared in Prevention Magazine, Women’s Health Magazine and on her local news discussing health and fitness several times.
