Magnus Schriefl is a Jazz trumpet player and composer.

His main projects are his Berlin based Quartet "Blume" and the band "Subtone", and he is a member of the "Andromeda Mega Express Orchestra".

In 2011, Magnus won the National Trumpet Competition (USA), and was second-placed at the Carmine Caruso International Jazz Trumpet Competition (USA).

So far, Magnus has played with Randy Brecker, Allan Praskin, John Riley, Seamus Blake, Katja Riemann, Johannes Enders, WDR Big Band and the European Jazz Orchestra among others.
