Lisa Magnuson

In 1980, I opened my first detective agency. It was a small operation-just me and Pam-and we had just one case. Through dedication, perseverance and an unwavering desire for truth and justice, we were able to trace the theft of some nuts to the nefarious squirrel who lived in the big tree outside my bedroom window. I always knew he was shady! I was ten years old that summer, but you never forget your first case.

I grew up, but I never lost my love for truth and justice. I went off to college and studied investigation, interviewing techniques, violence, terrorism, and law. I learned to research everything, and I learned that, while some people only double checked, I preferred to triple check. It is a habit that has served me well. I graduated CSUS in 1996 with a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice.

I worked in the financial services industry, then moved on to casualty adjusting. I learned that people, for the most part, are looking for truth and fairness. I learned to deliver, and my work reflects the high standards I set for myself.
