My career is a natural progression of working in fast-paced, rapid-growth technology companies - in Finance groups managing many projects at the same time. Much of my experience is related to building teams and in identifying and remedying process gaps and ineffiencies. I excel at pinpointing opportunities to increase productivity through software enhancements and customizations. I am adept at bridging gaps in communication between functional users and IT businsss analysts and developers.
I've enjoyed sucess in managing the functional side of database conversions, upgrades and implementations. I've been involved end -to-end in requirements gathering, scoping, documenting, systems integration, regression and user acceptance testing, and user training.
My ability to manage a day-to-day function while working on forward thinking methods, projects, and process improvements significantly adds value across groups within an organization.
