Who is Mahad?

Mahad is a Somali,born in the white pearl of the Indian Ocean - Mogadisho.When he was a child his country fell into a deep civil war.In the midst of the conflagration,he and his family leaving everything behind, arrived at the formidable crater city of Aden. Few months later the North-South Yemen war broke out, and he then had to join the rest of his family in the oil-rich maverick state of Kuwait after the second gulf war - to start a new life.It was during these defining moments that he learned to appreciate each and every second - living each day as though it was his last. He is a bleeding-blue Chelsea fan,a coffee lover and a wannabe poet who presently resides in the loud and colourful Malaysian capital - Kuala Lumpur organizing international conferences and events while daydreaming about changing the world. He enjoys traveling,experiencing new cultures,history books,good conversations, and progressive house music.
