I am a 20 year old medical student from Mumbai, India. Baking is my first love and I am highly passionate about it. It is a stress buster for me, my kitchen being my happy place!! :p

It all started around 3 years back with the fascination about the homemade cakes made by my best friend's mom. I thought of giving it a try too. But my very first cake was a complete disaster!! :p It has been a very tough journey for me since then to the present day when i have practically excelled in baking! The biggest hurdle I faced were my studies. MBBS can get onto your nerves at times. I didn't have time to bake daily (even weekly for that matter) and could not even think of taking any professional baking courses. It was difficult to find places where i could get even the basic baking equipments as here in Mumbai they are not available in every local store. My only help was the internet (obviously) and a handful of 3 hourly highly expensive baking classes(which i wont recommend by the way).

Due to my personal experience as a young baker in Mumbai, I decided to start this blog so that I can help other aspiring bakers and spare them from the confusion and expenditure on the totally not needed classes! :p

Yes I am young!! I was the teenage girl who fell in love with baking rather than shopping!! I dont have a bakery or years of experience but having said that, I am pretty damn good at what I do!! :p

The recipes I will share here are all tried n tested and will not go wrong if you follow the instructions properly! I hope this initiative of mine will be helpful for you all. So please follow my blog and like my fb page to stay tuned!
