I am looking to provide trainings to individuals and corporates in the area of soft skills and corporate matters including new business set ups in Pakistan.

Currently, I am also running a business consultancy firm with the name of Synergy Business Consulting and providing business support services including new business registration in Pakistan since year 2014. Immediately before joining SBC, I was serving as Assistant Director / Registrar, Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) Islamabad-Pakistan where I contributed for 10 years and worked in the area of corporate compliance, business startups, formation of legal entities (Local Companies, NGOs, INGOs, Foreign Companies, JVs), Initial Public Offering, Commodity Exchange, Employee Stock Option Schemes, Enforcement of Companies Laws, Research, development of new laws and new ‘business development’ concepts.

Previously I have served Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) as Auditor Sales Tax for two and half years (2.5) years where I worked in sales tax audit department. I am a highly motivated and results-driven individual, possess excellent negotiating and problem solving skills, a proven ability to provide accurate analysis, valuable advice and professional solutions on diverse corporate, business / legal matters of existing & new legal entities and solutions to challenges being faced by entrepreneurs. I have also served as Lectrure/Instructor, Government College of Commerce.

I have graduated in Commerce and Law (LLB) with Masters both in Commerce (M.Com) and Business Economics (M.B.Econ.) from University of the Punjab, Lahore, an Associate Member of Pakistan Institute of Corporate Secretaries (ICSP), a fellow member of Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountant (PIPFA)and also enrolled as an Advocate with Punjab Bar Council.

I had written various articles for economic and business journals.
