New Haven, Connecticut, United States

At age 16, having grown weary of the ‘redneck mentality’ that surrounded me in Vermont, I ‘borrowed’ a car and ran away to Philadelphia with hopes of making it in the world of rock-n-roll. Needless to say, the $200 I brought with me did not go very far and I found myself on a bus the next day heading towards Greenwich, CT. to re-unite with my female-birth-giver, who immediately enrolled me in the high school where I would re-connect with a few old friends and make many new ones; laying the ground work for The B.U.R.N.O.U.T.S. Chronicles™.

After high school, I toured and recorded music with various F.A.G.G. metal bands between 1987 and 1995 in the New York tri-state area; functioning primarily as a bass player during this time. These bands that I was in, were primarily from Queens, Brooklyn, and the Bronx boroughs. We played popular venues and opened up for various acts such as White Zombie, Type-O-Negative, Crash Test Dummies, and Monster Magnet....but before they were anybody.

Later I found work writing commercial copy for AM radio while also driving for a print company in Stamford, CT. It was there that I began to realize the potential edge I could have over other writers if I could just learn the print trade better, and enable myself to print my own books....so I did, and still do - at another print company in that same town.

What I enjoy most in life is the ability to make others laugh and think, using my cynical perceptions, perverse personality and dark twist on everyday life, and never straying too far from my sarcastic wit. So naturally, writing this particular series was simply destiny.

Check it out, and enjoy.
