I monitor SMS, Billing Chat and Collections processes on compliance and SoftSkills for all AOL partnered sites. I ensure timely reporting of observations, trends and analysis. The monitoring output is reported as CQI - Contact Quality Index which in turn ensures process compliance as well as Members receiving world class service on every call.
