I’m Mahmoud Mansour, an HR and Talent Acquisition professional with hands-on experience across recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and workforce management.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Alexandria University and have built my career in Human Resources since 2022. Throughout my career, I have worked across different industries, gaining practical experience in recruitment, employee relations, personnel management, onboarding, HR policies and procedures, and talent acquisition.

My core expertise is in end-to-end recruitment, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, selection, hiring, and onboarding. I have experience handling both high-volume recruitment and specialized positions across different functions and industries.

In my current role, I contribute to building and developing teams through effective recruitment strategies and people-focused HR practices. I have been involved in large-scale hiring projects, including recruiting hundreds of employees within short timelines, while maintaining an organized and efficient recruitment process.

I’m also passionate about LinkedIn networking, employer branding, recruitment technology, and connecting talented professionals with the right career opportunities. I enjoy building professional relationships, sharing HR and recruitment knowledge, and continuously developing my skills.
