I was involved in all project phases and participated in pre-sales activities in the middle east (Egypt, Kuwait, UAE, and Saudi Arabia).
My customer facing roles required a deep understanding of the technological changes and suggestions to the customers the best way to handle. Strong analysis of customer needs and translating it into the documentation always helped in delivering the greatest benefit to the customers.
