Dynamic Environmental Management System (Environmental Compliance) Professional with experience in different areas of Auditing, analyzing and collating environmental performance data and reporting information to internal staff, clients and regulatory bodies. Providing Environmental, Health & Safety training to staff at all levels. Supervise Chemical Management, Waste Management and ETP operation & management. Ensuring compliance with Environment, Health & Safety legislation of Bangladesh and requirements of buyer. Liaising with internal staff including senior managers and directors. Coordinate visit, audit and meeting regarding environmental issues. I have skilled in developing all the required documentation, operational checks and reports to be compliant with OHSAS 18001/2007, ISO 14001/2015, ISO 9001/2008, Oeko-Tex 100 standard, GOTS, OCS audit including corrective and preventive measures. Perform lead role in different environmental sustainability projects such as SAC, Water Efficiency, ZDHC, PUMA Sustainability Program (Puma SAVE and Puma Enablon), CERES, Cleaner Production, Water Pact, CPI2, 3E, BVE3, STWI, etc. Monitor Environmental and Social Action Plan (ESAP) of new and existing projects according to IFC General Guidelines, IFC Performance Standards and IFC Industry Specific Guidelines. Support social compliance audit according buyer CoC, SA 8000, WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX etc. I completed my undergraduate degree on Environmental Science and resource Management after that completed my Post-graduation on Environmental Science from Bangladesh Agricultural University.
