Mahmut Cankıymaz

Cankıymaz, the youngest of three brothers, was born on February 26, 1991 in Beyoğlu, Istanbul. In 2008, he took his first steps into professional theater life within the "Istanbul State Theater". In the same period, he started to attract attention in the field of literature with the short stories he wrote. In 2015, he brought these stories together with a larger audience with his book, which he collected under the title of "Inappropriate Content".
Our writer started to write theater plays, another literary occupation. In 2017, he attended workshop classes for a year in the "GalataPerform" team under the name of "New Text New Theatre". The author signed a contract with Mitos Publishing in August 2021 and is still affiliated with Mitos Publishing.
