Why should we drink coffee?

More than a brown drink, coffee is a useful and healthy food obtained from green beans. The tree of this old international drink was first discovered in the 11th century by a young shepherd from Ethiopia, and coffee beans were first cultivated and used around 570 AD. Later, coffee beans spread to Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Turkey, and then to Europe and America. It might be interesting for you to know that the popular "Mocha" coffee takes ( قهوه illy ) its name from the port of "Mocha" in Yemen, from where coffee was first exported to other countries. Yemeni coffee beans had a chocolate flavor and still famous chocolate drinks called "mocha". Another interesting point is that there are thousands of coffee trees in Ethiopia that have not yet been exploited.

Regarding the unique properties of coffee ( قهوه فوری ) , it is not a bad idea to review the nutritional value of a mug of coffee:
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin): 11% of daily requirement
Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid): 6% of daily requirement
Vitamin B1 (thiamine): 2% of daily requirement
Vitamin B3 (niacin): 2% daily requirement
Folate: 1% daily requirement

This is despite the fact that coffee, in its original form, is a complete food, full of antioxidants and useful nutrients. The key point of the story, however, is to consume coffee in such a way that you can take advantage of its unique properties without causing problems to your health, because people usually add sugar, cream or other artificial additives to the nutrients in coffee. They destroy it and turn it into a high-calorie and harmful drink.
