Supply Chain
I am an enterprise supply chain and delivery leader with over 24 years of experience in the mining, metals, and manufacturing ecosystem.
Currently, I lead enterprise-wide planning and delivery of inbound raw materials and semi-finished materials for Tata Steel’s India plants. Over the years, my role has evolved from hands-on planning to shaping supply chain decisions that influence production continuity, cost discipline, and operational resilience at scale.
My work sits at the intersection of strategy, governance, and execution. I focus on building planning systems that are predictable, resilient, and grounded in disciplined decision-making — especially in complex, high-pressure environments. I have worked closely with operations, procurement, logistics, and finance teams, and with a wide network of suppliers, to strengthen coordination and reliability across the value chain.
Leadership, for me, is about clarity and fairness. I believe performance and integrity must travel together. I care deeply about inclusion, accountability, and ethical decision-making — not as policies, but as everyday practices that enable better outcomes and stronger teams.
Outside of work, I value physical fitness and creative pursuits as anchors for balance and perspective. They help me stay grounded, curious, and resilient — qualities I carry into my professional life as well.
I enjoy conversations around enterprise leadership, supply chain resilience, governance, and decision-making at scale, and I’m always open to thoughtful exchanges and collaboration.
