I work as communication manager and senior researcher at Finnish Environment Institute SYKE and University of Tampere. As member of SYKE's Sustainable Urbanisation Programme team, I facilitate co-creation and use of information on urban development together with SYKE's experts and other knowledge producers and users.

My current projects produce solutions for agile urban development and new collaborative governance.

In my previous project, ‘Urban civic activism as resource for the metropolis’, we helped public sector organizations update their practices to better support and make use of the potentials arising by new forms of civic activism and sharing/collaborative/platform economy.

Earlier I have worked as project manager, planner and researcher in Finnish public, non-governmental and private organizations including the Association of Finnish Local and Regional Authorities, Helsinki Neighborhoods Association, Finnish Association of Urban Planning, Finnish Forest Research Institute and several departments of University of Helsinki.
