I am Maimoona, a Software engineer turned Software Delivery Manager (PMP in process), & I bring 8+ years of software delivery management experience in shaping & leading SaaS / Enterprise level solutions. In my earlier experience as a Technical Delivery Manager, I built a cross-functional agile team from scratch & scaled it to 6 teams in less than 2 years, resulting in a revenue of $2.75 million.
