Maisa Aguiar

I have over two years of experience with marketing and public relations, working in large corporation environment, as well as small business and educational organizations for a variety of brands and industries. I'm currently working with Universal Studios Orlando and have previously worked with the Walt Disney Company, which has built my knowledge of the hospitality and also entertainment industry. Pursuing a Master's in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and International Business at the Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business in Winter Park, Florida, I'm the Head Class Officer for my MBA class and also VP of Marketing for the MBA Women International, Crummer Chapter. I'm constantly developing my leadership skills and keeping my passion for managing people fresh, while striving for excellence in both my career path and academics. My energy, proactive attitude, and creativity are my competitive advantages. My expertise is to utilize creative problem-solving and communication skills to improve company processes and produce tangible results.

Born and raised in Salvador, Brazil, I moved with my family to Lake Jackson, Texas, in 2007. I graduated from Texas State University with a Public Relations degree and a Business minor. I'm fluent in Portuguese and conversational Spanish.

I love the sun and being outside doing anything from biking to reading, or enjoying time with friends and family.
