I am an independent school admission professional with a proven track record of success in Recruitment and Enrollment Management. One of my strongest skills is the ability to
synthesize the practical needs of a tuition driven school while upholding the parameters
of mission appropriate enrollment. As someone who has lived in or worked at a boarding
school for the majority of my life I know the landscape of the domestic and international
secondary school market intimately and am able to adjust work strategies to consistently
deliver results in any environment.

I have a particular affinity for small schools. Working at a school with an enrollment of 110 students helped me define what I value in a place of employment: getting to know and care about the outcome of every student, being able to see the clear impact of my work in terms of student body profile,and an invaluable amount of professional development afforded me by ongoing
interaction with the Head of School and Board of Trustees.
