I'm a research scientist turned urban farmer, mom to two wild sons, and garden educator. I love science, and firmly believe that science is a powerful mechanism for social justice.

What get's me up in the morning? Chickens! and my deep passion for Food Justice.

My project management experience as an academic researcher along with my love of teaching and learning with students in informal settings, come together naturally as a farm manager and garden educator.

Building robust communities around growing, cooking and eating food is my greatest pleasure.
