Here is a passionate climber and training enthusiast!

Certified Leader and STAC base level trainer, climbing instructor and expert on outdoor equipment after years as store manager at Addnature.com. My goal as a trainer is to inspire others to find their own movement; to be healthier, more fit and stronger through life and to eat according to their own metabolic typing. I have 15 years of training experience; climbing, crossfit, trailrunning, riding and kayaking just to name a few activities I love.

My body is designed to take on whatever challenges I may face and there is only one way to make it ready, movement. By training and moving I have found a way to be creative and to learn more about life, myself and the way I fit in the world.
