I’m Majed Alhamad, a personal trainer and health and fitness expert.
I encourage my clients to follow the advice of Hippocrates: “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”
It’s this ethos that guides my clients as they transform their diet, removing over processed foods, and incorporating nutrient-dense, whole foods to aid with athletic recovery. Diet is 65-70% of maintaining a healthy body, the rest is working out and so we work together to get the right balance and build strength and agility.
I also like to give back to the community and I volunteer at a local soup kitchen.
