Shirish Patil

I am Major Shirish Patil; an Alumnus of National Defence Academy, Khadakwasla and Indian Military Academy, Dehradun.

I served in the Indian Army (Infantry) and have 12 years of active service; through Kargil War, at Siachen, the highest and the coldest battlefield in the world, at a young age of 24. I have also participated in counter terrorist operations in Jammu and Kashmir for over 2 years.

I have topped Specialized Weapons course at Infantry School, Military Headquarter Of War and have been recommended as faculty in multiple Army courses. I was one of the youngest instructors at Army Training Center, actively involved in training infrastructure development, restructuring training curriculum in addition to developing and conducting training modules. I have been actively involved in training at various levels in the Indian Army.

I have held office at the DGMO Branch at Army HQ, one of the most coveted profiles in the Army.

Post Army, I Graduated from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, with exchange program from Wharton, University of Pennsylvania, USA.

I have worked with companies like Adani Group, Amazon.com; leading large operational teams in dynamic environment, spearheading various training initiatives for internal training & orientation, cross team trainings and putting in place rotational training program for management graduates.

I am the Founder at Turv Consulting, A skill Development organization and regularly conduct lectures and Workshops for Leadership and Soft skills for Corporate Organizations and youth. I teach at some well-known B-Schools, as Visiting Faculty and conduct training sessions in India and UAE for inculcating leadership qualities amongst teens and young adults.
